Les Rives de Beauvallon, private domain with guardian.
In the Gulf of St. Tropez, between Sainte Maxime (3km) and Port Grimaud (1km). St. Tropez is at 7 kms.
The villa is set in a 2100 m² garden, 300m away from the beach (5 minutes by foot).

Villa for rent, 150m², all at ground floor, including, 
4 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, 2 bedrooms with 1 king size bed each.
2 bathrooms with bath, 1 shower room, 3 WC's, living room of approximately 40m² with sliding window towards the terrace (with BBQ) and a garden of 2100m²,
equipped kitchen (laundry washing machine, dish washer, oven, and micro-wave).
Not included: bed linen.

Beach and swimming pool of the domain:

Les Rives de Beauvallon is one of the few domaines in the Gulf of St. Tropez with a private beach. As a renter, you will have access to this beach, which is located 300m away from the villa and will enjoy an umbrella and 3 stretchers per renter or owner, if available. On the beach you will find a beach restaurant, where Fabrice will be happy to serve you lunch and dinner at a reasonable price.

You will also enjoy the swimming pool of the domaine, located 30m away from the beach, with stretchers and shade, provided by the 100 years old pine trees. Only owners and renters have access to the swimming pool with private parking in the domain.

Activities in the neighborhood:

Golf de Beauvallon (Grimaud), Golf 18 holes par 70, located next door to the domaine, the Mediterranean market of St. Tropez (Tuesday and Saturday morning), flee market of the Gulf of St. Tropez at Jas de Roberts, the Mediterranean markets of Sainte Maxime and Port Grimaud, tennis, sailing schools, jet-ski, carting, amusement park of St. Tropez, cycling, casino, discotheques.

July and August: We prefer in periods of 2 weeks because of the high season.
